Thursday 31 January 2019 the last lesson of the HACCP course was held.
In the previous weeks, the guests of the first reception facility in Ponte Buriano (AR) followed an online course, assisted by a linguistic mediator. At the end of the course, an external teacher, with the help of two linguistic mediators, illustrated to the guests the basic rules for handling and storing food and for hygiene in the kitchen and in the workplace.
