The following information is provided only for the Libera Mente Website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the User via links.
The information is also based on the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by the art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / EC, adopted May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to Users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.
Place of data
processing The processing operations connected to the Web services of this Site take place at the offices of Libera Mente and are only handled by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
Purpose of data processing
The personal data provided by users who request information or send informative material (such as contact forms, requests for quotes, newsletter subscriptions, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision request.
Libera Mente collects personal data voluntarily provided by the User during the registration phase or at the request for goods or services offered by the Site. The Site is accessible to Users without needing to provide their personal data. However, some parts of the Site will be accessible only to registered Users. The personal data of the User, therefore, may be processed, by automated means, (i) during navigation, (ii) at the time of registration on the Site (necessary to be able to use the services or purchase goods offered by the same), (iii ) at the time of the request for the supply of a single good or service.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
Types of data processed
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified.

Without the use of these cookies, some operations could not be performed or would be more complex and / or less secure, such as, for example, home banking (account statement display, bank transfers, bill payments, etc.), for the which cookies, which allow you to make and keep the user’s identification within the session, are essential.
Belong to this category:
- Navigation or session cookies, guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas). Disabling these cookies will negatively affect the performance of the sites and may make features and service unavailable.
