The recovery of the wood-burning oven that once served the entire country, located outside the structure, was first used to give us the excuse for convivial occasions then to articulate a piece of the training offer that we made available to guests. From Roberto’s professional experience a project embryo dedicated to bread and pizza was born, which then turned into a real bakery laboratory, with the amateur production of bread from traditional and organic flours, which involved numerous guests, with the oven powered by the wood recovered from the OASI cleaning job.
