At the first reception facility in Ponte Buriano (AR), bread-making began.

Every Wednesday a baker comes to make bread in the oven that we have restored and which is located right next to the structure.

The activity is optional and the interested guests can actively collaborate in the baking: the dough is prepared, the rising times are calculated, it is baked, baked and … you eat!
